Where We Are Responding Right Now

From conflict zones to natural disasters, AikRoshani's field teams are on the ground in some of the world's most dangerous and desperate situations.

ZONE 01
● Critical — Ongoing Conflict

Active Conflict Zone

More than 1,000 days of conflict have created the world's gravest humanitarian crisis. Entire families are without food, water, medicine, and shelter. Your Sadaqah can provide a family one day's food. Every donation matters — every minute counts.

ZONE 02
● Critical — Active Conflict

Civil War Crisis

Ongoing civil war has forced millions to flee their homes with nothing. AikRoshani is delivering emergency food parcels, clean water, and urgent medical aid to displaced communities across the hardest-hit regions.

ZONE 03
● Seasonal — Flood Season

Flood Disaster Response

Catastrophic floods that devastate communities every year destroy thousands of homes. Our teams are deployed across the most vulnerable flood-prone areas to deliver immediate relief and long-term reconstruction support.

ZONE 04
● Severe — Humanitarian Crisis

Humanitarian Emergency

One of the worst humanitarian disasters in modern history. AikRoshani runs food aid distribution, emergency healthcare clinics, and WASH (Water, Sanitation, Hygiene) programmes to save lives in the most desperate communities.

What We Deploy in Every Emergency

AikRoshani's emergency response model is built for speed, scale, and precision. Here is what we put on the ground within 72 hours of any disaster.

01

72-Hour Deployment

Our rapid response teams mobilise within 72 hours of any disaster — natural or man-made — anywhere in the world. Speed saves lives.

🍱 02

Emergency Food & Water

We distribute emergency food parcels, clean drinking water, and water purification tablets to crisis-affected families in the critical first 72 hours.

🏕️ 03

Emergency Shelter Kits

Shelter kits, tents, and weatherproof materials are distributed to families whose homes have been destroyed — providing immediate protection from the elements.

🏥 04

Medical Aid & First Aid

Our mobile medical units provide emergency first aid, medications, wound care, and trauma support — critical in the chaos of the immediate aftermath of disaster.

👩‍👧 05

Special Care — Women & Children

Women and children are the most vulnerable in any disaster. We run dedicated safe spaces, maternal health units, and child protection services in every emergency response.

🧠 06

Psychosocial Support

Trauma doesn't end when the disaster does. Our trained counsellors provide psychosocial first aid and longer-term mental health support to affected communities.

How We Respond — Hour by Hour

Every second counts in an emergency. AikRoshani's response protocol is designed to deliver life-saving aid with maximum speed and minimum bureaucracy.

Hour 0

Disaster Confirmed — Teams Alerted

The moment a disaster is confirmed, our emergency coordination team is alerted. Field partners on the ground begin initial assessment and our logistics teams start pre-positioning resources.

Hour 6–12

Needs Assessment Complete

Rapid Needs Assessment teams identify the most affected areas, population size, and priority needs — food, water, shelter, medical. This drives all resource allocation decisions.

Hour 24

First Aid & Food Distribution Begins

Emergency food parcels and water distribution begins. Mobile medical units are deployed. Shelter materials begin moving to the most affected communities.

Hour 72

Full Response Operational

Within 72 hours, AikRoshani's full emergency response is operational — covering food, water, shelter, medical, and psychosocial support. No person is left without care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about how AikRoshani responds to emergencies? Everything you need to know is here. For further questions, please contact our team directly.

How quickly does AikRoshani respond to a disaster?

AikRoshani deploys within 72 hours of any confirmed emergency. Our teams are pre-positioned in high-risk regions and we maintain emergency stockpiles of food, water, and shelter materials so we can move fast. In many cases, our local partners begin distribution within hours of a disaster occurring.

Does my emergency donation go directly to the affected people?

Yes. Emergency donations are ringfenced and deployed immediately to the specific crisis they are designated for. We do not pool emergency funds with general operations. Our 100% donation policy ensures that your money reaches the people who need it most, not administration costs.

Can I give Zakat for emergency disaster relief?

Yes. Disaster victims who are among the Fuqara (poor) and Masakeen (destitute) are valid recipients of Zakat under Islamic jurisprudence. Our scholar-verified Zakat policy confirms that directing Zakat to disaster-affected people in need is fully Sharia-compliant. You can designate your Zakat for any of our active emergencies.

How do you ensure aid reaches the right people in conflict zones?

We work with trusted local partners who have established relationships and access in conflict zones. All partners are rigorously vetted and must comply with our accountability and transparency standards. We conduct post-distribution monitoring to verify that aid has reached intended recipients.

What happens after the immediate emergency is over?

AikRoshani doesn't leave when the cameras do. After the immediate crisis phase, our teams transition to recovery and rebuilding — helping families reconstruct homes, restore livelihoods, and access education and healthcare. We stay engaged with communities through the full recovery cycle.

THEY NEED YOU TODAY

In active conflict zones and disaster-hit regions — families are waiting. Your Sadaqah, however small, can mean food, shelter, and safety for someone facing the worst moment of their life.
